16 May 2025, Batangas City – The Coconut Industry Investment Fund Oil Mills Group (CIIF-OMG) held on Wednesday its two-day Leadership and Communication Training coined “One Team, One Voice” in Batangas City. Fostering collaboration and camaraderie among CIIF-OMG staff, the team building activity serves as an avenue to enhance employee relations, boost morale, and improve productivity in the workplace.
Various activities were employed during the program. Among these are physical exercises, problem-solving and creative challenges, followed by breakout sessions among employees to foster social interaction, all mounted to help them learn various ways of approaching situations in the workplace. These tasks and exercises were likewise done to promote a culture of collaboration in the office.
“These kinds of activities increase understanding of team dynamics. Also, it encourages employees to collectively work on tasks, preparing us in case we are faced with similar challenges in the long run,” Junima Balindong said.
